We built ReCharge to connect and empower the world through payments. By constantly finding solutions for customers to reorder products, we’ve helped over 10,000 online merchants dramatically grow and thrive.
We began as three people working out of a small apartment, trying to solve one of the biggest problems facing Shopify merchants: recurring payments. Now we’re at the forefront of recurring billing software, empowering thousands of entrepreneurs to sell their products as subscriptions, and processing hundreds of millions of dollars in sales every month.
Our culture is remote-first and we stay connected every day using Slack and video chat. Being part of a small, fast-growing company is exciting. How We Work
The best people are everywhere, not just in the radius around our headquarters in Santa Monica, California. That’s why we have expanded our horizons all the way from the Andes in Argentina to the Rockies in Colorado. We’ve found that broadening our reach to build a remote team enables us to uncover outstanding talent and currently have over 200 employees around the globe in ten countries.
The ReCharge team maintains a work-life balance approach. It’s not our goal to dash through the sprints, but rather to focus on building the future.
